Founded in 2009 HcH is a Corporate Consortium of compassionate Christian Care facilities dedicated to providing high-quality care and support to elderly individuals and those with physical or mental disabilities while giving back to the society through our Charity Foundation. Located across Canada, USA and Europe, our care homes offers a warm, safe, and homely environment where residents receive personalized care tailored to their unique needs".

They include Exempler, seniors Manor, Dove, Hope, Lakeshore, King, southbridge, Peace, Lynn center and Trinity center among others.
